"Returning it was kind of more annoying than I thought"
I had to return it, and it took longer than I was expecting. Support did get back to me, but it felt slow and not super smooth, if that makes sense. Just kind of a hassle for something I thought would be simple.

"Wish more places packed orders this well"
I got my order from woodpeck.com the packaging was way better than I expected. The box was sturdy, everything was packed in tight, and nothing was rattling around or dented. It did take a bit of effort to open, but I’d much rather deal with that than regret getting damaged tools because the packaging was flimsy. Really happy with how it arrived.

"Fair price and worth it"
I got what I needed from woodpeck.com and the price seemed fair, around what I was expecting. It definitely wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the quality, it felt worth it. Shipping was about average too, nothing to complain about. I’d buy again if the price stays like this.

"I ordered a few wood panels..."
I ordered a few wood panels and, as far as I can tell, some of the sizes that showed up weren’t the ones I picked. I don’t have every detail in front of me now, but something was definitely off with the order. Support did help fix part of it, which I appreciate, but the whole thing felt slower and more annoying than it needed to be.

"I’ve been happy with these..."
I’ve been happy with these tools overall. They feel well thought out and are easy to use around the shop, and I really like that the layout and markings are clear without having to fuss with them too much. The quality seems solid too. My only hesitation is that a few items feel a bit expensive for what they are, so I’d probably wait for a deal on some things. Still, a good experience overall.

The tools looked fine out of the box, so I figured they’d do the one basic thing they’re meant to do. Unfortunately, the measurements were just slightly off, which meant I got to spend extra time double-checking everything. Not exactly ideal, but sure.

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t totally sure who I was supposed to contact, so I just sent a message through the website. I got a reply fairly quickly, and the person seemed genuinely helpful rather than just sending some basic copy-and-paste response.
They got it sorted without making it feel like a big hassle, and they kept me updated along the way. It was all simple and easy, which I definitely appreciated. I’d probably order from woodpeck.com again.

I ordered from woodpeck.com and didn’t think it would get here that fast. They sent the shipping info quick, and then it showed up a couple days early somehow. I was waiting for the usual delay with that kind of thing, but nope. Smooth overall, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Honestly thought it would wear out faster"
I got this from woodpeck.com a while back and, not gonna lie, I kind of assumed it would start showing wear quickly. But after a bunch of use, it’s still holding up really well. No cracks, nothing loose, and it doesn’t look all beat up either. I figured it might be just okay at first, but it’s been way more durable than I expected.

I can’t really compare it to every setup or say how it would go for everyone, but in my case their instructions were clear and support sent over screenshots when I got stuck. It took a little longer than I hoped, but I did eventually get everything working.

"Everything I Needed Was Actually in Stock"
I checked for a few things I needed and was relieved to see they were all available. No annoying out-of-stock surprises or weird checkout issues. Ordering was simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated. It’s such a small thing, but when a store just works the way you hope it will, it leaves you feeling genuinely happy and a little less stressed.

"Solid tool that feels worth the money"
I ordered a measuring tool and was happy with it as soon as I opened the box. It has a nice solid feel to it, the finish is clean, and I didn’t have to mess around with it to get it working. It definitely doesn’t feel cheap. It cost a bit more than some options, but for me, the quality made it worth it
